Today's aircraft contribute around 4% of global CO2 emissions, equivalent to the emissions of 200 million cars. This is only going to increase : Air travel is forecasted to double by 2050, while meaningful efficiency gains using current airplanes have hit a wall. JetZero is developing a blended wing body (BWB) aircraft. It uses up to 50% less fuel and will be built to accommodate zero-emission hydrogen propulsion. JetZero is the inevitable solution to sustainable air travel.

We're seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to help scale the teams designing and building the future of aerospace. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent that keeps our programs on track and our production lines moving.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, engineering, and production roles from kickoff meetings to sourcing, assessment, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with aerospace engineering, manufacturing, and program leadership to deeply understand workforce plans, certification requirements, and technical skill needs.
• Source top talent through job boards, professional networks, and targeted outreach across aerospace, defense, and OEM ecosystems.
• Conduct detailed candidate screens, evaluating technical proficiency and cultural alignment.
• Uphold a best-in-class candidate experience, communicating clearly and representing the company's mission and values throughout the process.
• Maintain and proactively build candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles, reducing time-to-fill and ensuring business continuity.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, technical career fairs, and recruiting events, positioning us as a top destination for aerospace professionals.

What You Bring

Compensation :

Our compensation package is a blend of base salary and equity options for eligible employees. The range for this role is $125,000 - $165,000. We consider a number of factors when presenting a final offer, including geography, internal equity and years of experience and expertise.
