• Additional Info : You could be eligible for the Alameda County HealthPAC incentive dollars specifically targeting recruitment and workforce development. For NP, PA and Optometrist, this could mean a total of $ 12,500 to be paid in two installments as follows : - $6.250 after two months and completion of credentialing with health plans- $6,250 at the completion of one year of commitment- Signing bonus will be prorated by FTE, down to a minimum of 0.50 FTE Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w / o US residency with current US work visa.
