Responsibilities :

Design and implement scalable backend systems and APIs using Python (Flask) and AWS serverless .

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Contribute to architecture component design and backend standards.

Optimize systems for performance reliability and maintainability.

Qualifications :

6 years of software engineering experience with strong backend focus.

Expert-level Python and API development skills.

Deep understanding of AWS and cloud-native architectures.

Experience with distributed systems data modeling and performance tuning.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

(Bonus) Experience in insurance tech or enterprise SaaS.
