Architect

Architect Position

We are looking for an Architect to start working with a client of ours in Evansville, IN as soon as possible. This candidate should have a background in healthcare projects.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Requirements :

• Manage projects, establish design direction, and produce technical drawings.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare markups for project engineers, drafters, and intern architects.
• Design presentations and engage with clients.
• Familiarity with building codes, industry trends, and structural design.
• Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Master's degree is a plus.
• Over 5 years of experience in architecture.
• NCIDQ Certification is a plus.
• LEED or WELL AP certification or experience is a bonus.
• Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Pay Rate : $80k - $100k

Term : Direct Hire
