Schedule : 7 : 30 AM 4 : 30 PM CST MondayFriday

Pay Rate : $20 / hour

Your Mission as a Desktop Support Analyst I

As a Desktop Support Analyst I you will :

• Provide technical support for desktops laptops printers scanners and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues via phone chat or in person.
• Install deploy and maintain company systems and applications.
• Track and resolve incidents using internal ticketing systems while meeting SLAs.
• Perform updates : Microsoft security patches antivirus signatures and other software updates.
• Document processes and create knowledge base articles for self-service.
• Act as a liaison with third-party vendors and technicians.
• Order parts for hardware maintenance and repairs.
• Engage in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
