The Export Compliance Analyst ensures compliance with applicable regulations (USITC, OFAC, DDTC, AECA, ITAR) for export of Company products. This includes adherence to and maintenance of company procedures, documentation, and execution of required activities. This role also owns internal training for compliance and manages duty drawback activity. Responsibilities include the following :

• Defines Part Classification (ITAR / ECCN / EAR99)
• Ensures ITAR Compliance
• Maintains / Completes Export Shipping Documentation
• Schedule B / Country of Origin Classifications
• Supports corporate security compliance initiatives as necessary
• Conduct RPS Screening / Review Approvals for new customers, suppliers, etc.
• Approves ITAR Supplier Review
• Conducts / Tracks New Employee Training / Annual ITAR Training
• Duty Drawback
• Conducts Annual Internal Audits
• Maintains Export Procedures, Forms and Work Instructions, and Export Manual
• Generates Letter of Assurance Approvals
• Conducts Contract Review / FTT Export Reviews
• Perform Sr. Customer Service Representative duties

Requirements :

This position may require access to United States export controlled technical data ("CTD") and hardware under the Departments of US State (ITAR) and / or Commerce (EAR). Eligible candidates are; US Citizens, Green Card holders, Asylees or others eligible to receive US export license authorizations. Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.
