Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare team members. Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

The Internal Medicine Primary Care Clinician plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of medical conditions. Minimum Qualifications :
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
