Job Description :

Friendly and personable : greet students and guests with excellent customer service give directions and answer questions.

Office support : restock supplies tidy up the office area hang flyers and provide some computer and phone assistance.

Confidential : handle documents mail copying scanning and shredding.

Dependable : maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Campus-traveler : retrieve or distribute mail or other items around campus.

Event services : assist with preparation setup and cleanup for lunches ceremonies and meetings.

Ability to comply with University policies.
