Front Desk Supervisor
Responsible for guest services and supporting the management in the general operations of the assigned facility. Primary responsibilities include maintaining a safety culture, supervising and directing front desk personnel, planning and maintaining work schedules, greeting guests, checking in arrivals, accepting payments, processing transactions, performing data entry, and answering incoming calls. Physical demands include sitting for long periods, walking, using stairs, lifting, and performing repetitive movements. Working conditions involve exposure to extreme temperatures, rotational schedules, and occasional noise. Candidate requirements include 5+ years of administration experience, ability to travel and work long rotations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. Must pass a background check and provide own transportation.
