Junior Investment Analyst – Finance & Administrative Support Location : Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid) Company : Investment Consultant About the Company : Our firm is a new investment consulting firm based in Menlo Park, CA, focused on venture capital, private equity, and alternative investments. Role Overview : This position supports the CEO with fund performance reporting, financial analysis, and company administration. The role requires precise reporting experience in alternative fund analysis and the ability to manage administrative and operational tasks in a small, growing firm. Responsibilities : Prepare and maintain internal reports on VC and PE fund performance. Analyze returns, valuations, and related fund metrics for executive review. Create concise written and visual summaries of fund results. Support firm administration, scheduling, and document organization. Maintain accurate financial and operational records. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 5 years of direct experience in fund performance reporting or fund analysis (VC / PE required). Proven ability to prepare internal reports for senior management. Strong Excel skills; experience with visualization tools preferred. Fluent in English and Hebrew.
