Job Details :

• Location : Central Arizona (1-hr west of Cottonwood, AZ )
• Specialty : Family Medicine / Internal Medicine / Geriatric Medicine
• Requirements : AZ license, Active DEA, Board Certification REQUIRED
• Schedule : Mon-Fri (40-hrs / week approx.)
• EMR : Cerner
• Duration : ongoing locum tenens (60-day credentialing approx.)
• Call Coverage : 1 : 3
• 24-hr Call Rate = $800 per 24-hrs (4 hrs gratis)
• Night Call Rate = $200 per night (2.5 hrs gratis)
• Compensation : up to $17,600 / month (negotiable)
• Travel, lodging (if needed), and malpractice provided

Client Description :

Our client manages a successful and affordable medical center located in Central Arizona ( 1-hr west of Cottonwood, AZ ). Their clinic provides medical care regardless of their background, ethnicity, or circumstances. They are taking immediate considerations for a board-certified Primary Care physician to join their practice starting in ASAP . The patient population is mostly Geriatrics so the physician MUST be comfortable treating Geriatric patients. This is an ongoing locum tenens assignment.
