Compensation : $40,000-$50,000 Base.OTE $65,000-$105,000. You will earn commission on your first dollar of business , there is no baseline for commission. Licensed P&C licensed agents ask about our sign on bonus

Agents enjoy a base salary along with commissions for new and renewal business. As your book of business grows, so does your income through renewals. Compensation structures are tailored to fit different stages of your career.
