Pay Range : $150,000-$180,000 Per Year

Job Description :

This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to lead a technical team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding the team, engaging with clients, and contributing to system design and architecture.

The role requires extensive experience in IT, leadership, and proficiency in various technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a technical team to achieve project goals.

Engage with end clients to understand and deliver on their requirements.

Contribute to system and architecture design processes.

Develop and maintain server-side applications.

Ensure projects are delivered in an Agile and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

12 years of experience in IT.

Proven leadership experience in technical and team management.

Strong experience in system and architecture design.

Proficiency in server-side programming languages.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
