The Opportunity
As a Growth Associate , you’ll step into a high-velocity GTM team with a uniquely accelerated path toward closing work. This role blends outbound development, strategic account research, and hands-on deal engagement. The team runs a structured quarterly ABM motion : month one focuses on targeted prospecting and qualification, month two shifts into closing support or direct closing (depending on deal size), and month three drives pipeline advancement and completion.
You’ll collaborate closely with sales leadership in a highly data-driven, autonomy-first culture.
