Luminator is seeking to fill our Quality Assurance Inspector role to join our growing and dynamic Quality Assurance team where you will be an integral part of the team by providing valuable input as we work toward assessing and implementing goals and mission of the department and Luminator. Summary :

Performs all Quality Inspection functions, including First Article Inspections, MRR (rejected material) creation, ERP (Syteline) Processing and Data Entry

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Knowledge of the Quality Department’s Procedures and Departmental Inspection Criteria’s.
• Knowledge of FAI (First Article Inspection) for Delta (Update) FAI’s
• Knowledge of the QA bond room inventory and shelving locations.
• Knowledge of the ERP (Syteline) System, data entry processing and, problem solving.
• Assist in MRR dispositions (included the performance of detailed inspections in a timely manner and with minimal assistance).
• Interface with purchasing group on basic quality issues, perform initial acceptance on incoming material, piece parts, finishes, vendor C of C’s, Test documents, etc.
• Increase and encourage interdepartmental cooperation and activity through efficiency
• and team-building programs.
• Accomplish all other explicit or implied tasks in an outstanding manner.
