Regional Director, NorCal / Pacific NW

Ceribell is a medical technology company focused on transforming the diagnosis and management of patients with serious neurological conditions. The Ceribell System is a novel, point-of-care electroencephalography (EEG) platform specifically designed to address the unmet needs of patients in the acute care setting and is being used in hundreds of community hospitals, large academic facilities, and major integrated delivery networks across the country.

Position Overview

Ceribell is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director to lead our sales efforts across a designated region. Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, the Regional Director will be responsible for managing a team of Territory Managers and driving new business acquisition within the assigned territory. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in the medical device industry, particularly in selling into complex and disruptive environments.

This role requires 50% or more travel throughout the region.

What You'll Do

• Team Leadership : Directly manage a team of Territory Managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
• Sales Strategy : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive new business acquisition and market expansion within the region.
• Customer Engagement : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and key stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem.
• Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success, Account Management to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Performance Management : Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Training and Development : Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team, ensuring continuous professional development.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.

What We're Looking For

Compensation

$200,000 Base salary, $400,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE). The final salary offer will be based on skills, education, work location, and experience. Compensation may include bonuses consistent with Ceribell’s corporate compensation plan.
