Preconstruction Manager

Currently, they are seeking a Preconstruction Manager to support a major mission critical initiative to join their team in the Columbus, Ohio area.
The Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for driving preconstruction activities including budgeting, estimating, scope development, procurement strategies, and alignment with overall project goals. This role is integral to setting the foundation for successful execution and requires close coordination with owners, design teams, and construction partners.
Requirements include demonstrated experience managing preconstruction efforts for complex construction projects, deep understanding of cost estimating, scheduling, constructability review, and value engineering, strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills, familiarity with mission critical, data center, or large-scale infrastructure projects, and proficiency with industry-standard preconstruction tools and software. Must be local to Columbus, OH, with the ability to be onsite in Conesville daily.
