Job Description :
Assist with NASA space mission support tasks, proposal work, internal projects and misc. tasks, etc. Tasks include coordinating meetings, handling meeting support ( set up meeting room, interact with caterers, manage sign-in of meeting participants, etc.), coordinate travel, prepare expense reports and reimbursements, handle a small amount of incoming / outgoing mail.
