Job Description :

Assist with NASA space mission support tasks, proposal work, internal projects and misc. tasks, etc. Tasks include coordinating meetings, handling meeting support ( set up meeting room, interact with caterers, manage sign-in of meeting participants, etc.), coordinate travel, prepare expense reports and reimbursements, handle a small amount of incoming / outgoing mail.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Must have HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Basic phot editing (ie. Photoshop) is desired but not required
  • Familiarity with google calendar
  • Must have attention to detail extremely important
  • Must have 5 plus year of administrative experience is required
  • Predominantly desk work and computer work
  • Carry small pieces of mail from mailroom
  • Occasionally carry refreshments, small boxes or easels
  • 20-30 hours a week
