Bankruptcy Specialist (Plano)

Summary :

The Bankruptcy Specialist is responsible for administering bankruptcy activities on behalf of NTTA, as well as serving as a liaison between NTTA, the customer, and / or the customers attorney or bankruptcy trustee. This is accomplished by collecting documentation in support of a case, filing claims on behalf of NTTA, reviewing information submitted by the customer, customers attorney, or trustee, and negotiating restitution.

• Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the United States immediately. This position is not available for H1-B visa sponsorship.
