Job Title : Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical / Telemetry

Key Responsibilities :

• Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical / Telemetry provides direct nursing care to patients in the Med-Surg / Telemetry unit, following established protocols and best practices.
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to telemetry readings, reporting abnormalities to the physician promptly.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Perform ongoing assessments, document changes in condition, and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and HIPAA compliance standards.
