About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing AI Startup, is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and keep our interview process running with speed, clarity, and polish.

You'll be responsible for managing logistics, communication, and candidate-facing interactions from end to end. This is a high-trust, high-tempo role that combines operational detail, people-facing execution, and constant problem-solving. On any given day, you might be moving candidates between rooms, hunting down interviewers who missed their slot, sending last-minute calendar updates, or drafting thoughtful logistics emails (often all within the same hour).

This role is ideal for someone who loves to get things done , loves to wear lots of hats, and doesn't flinch at the grunt work that makes a high-performing org run smoothly. You will be the person who ensures that our recruiting process not only works, but works beautifully

Location : San Francisco (SoMa)

• This role requires a 6-day work week (Monday - Saturday) with heavy overtime

Salary : $85,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + Equity + Benefits!
