Your Impact :
Project Kickoff : Organize and prepare new job start-up materials, ensuring all project information is up to date and distributed promptly.
Documentation and Coordination : Draft install packets, review hardware and equipment needs, and maintain clear, organized records throughout the project lifecycle.
Information Management : Track RFQs, bulletins, and plan revisions, keeping the correct people informed of any changes.
Submittal Tracking : Monitor and log the status of all project submittals, ensuring timely responses, approvals, and proper communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Cross-Team Support : Collaborate with Estimating, Project Management, and Design to keep projects moving efficiently and accurately.
