Description :

  • A Salesforce Coordinator (or Administrator) manages a companys Salesforce CRM platform providing technical and user support to ensure data accuracy system efficiency and user adoption.
  • Key responsibilities include user and license management data import / export report creation workflow automation system customization training users and staying current with Salesforce best practices and new releases.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes workflows and system configurations

Required skills

  • Salesforce Knowledge (Nice to have Admin skills)
  • Excellent in documentation
  • Exceptional in coordination and multi tasking.
  • Must have English and Spanish Speaking skills
