- A Salesforce Coordinator (or Administrator) manages a companys Salesforce CRM platform providing technical and user support to ensure data accuracy system efficiency and user adoption.
- Key responsibilities include user and license management data import / export report creation workflow automation system customization training users and staying current with Salesforce best practices and new releases.
- Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes workflows and system configurations
