Summary
The Assistant supports the Lead Teacher in our 3-year-old classroom by helping to create a caring and safe environment for the children. They must be able to communicate, listen and work well with others in a team environment. The Assistant is responsible for implementing developmentally appropriate activities and responding to children's needs, under the direction of the Lead Teacher and the Director.
Duties
- Assist in the implementation of activities and support development through positive guidance
- Help ensure smooth, daily transition from home to preschool
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
- Keep a healthy work / home life balance for yourself with afternoons free!
