Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Chief Corporate Officer (CCO). This high-profile role requires a self-starter with excellent judgment, flexibility, discretion, and a strong sense of service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage a wide range of administrative and personal tasks, and consistently demonstrate initiative and confidentiality.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities :
- Provide high-level executive and personal support to the CCO, including assistance with errands as needed
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Answer and direct calls, greet visitors, and handle all communications in a professional and welcoming manner
- Prepare and process accurate expense reports using Concur in a timely fashion
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, copying, scanning, and managing correspondence
- Draft, edit, and format communications and presentations as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information
- Provide coverage for other Executive Assistants during absences and collaborate on team initiatives
- Interact professionally with senior executives, board members, and employees at all levels
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows and anticipate the needs of the CCO
- Consistently meet deadlines and prioritize competing tasks
- Execute special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements :
