Your responsibilities will include creating / managing quotes, processing orders, liaising with clients and teammates, tracking shipments, and assisting with lead generation efforts. Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Possess high-level organization and time-management skills
• The ability to work quickly and accurately in both independent and team situations
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, and the ability to learn new software
• The aptitude for learning new systems quickly
• Previous sales support or administrative / data entry experience
• The ability to juggle a variety of tasks at the same time
• Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic
