Soleo Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support our Norcross, GA Ambulatory Infusion Center. This role will include driving to Fayetteville and Woodstock as needed. Join us in Simplifying Complex Care!

The Position : The Nurse Practitioner provides primary patient care for specifically assigned patients to include assessments, care planning, evaluation and education of patients receiving infusion therapy and / or other nursing services in accordance with the care matrices and best practices in the home or alternate site setting.
