LaSalle Network is hiring a Manufacturing Manager for a high-growth production facility in Solon, Ohio. This is a new role created to support a major operational expansion.

Manufacturing Manager Responsibilities :

• Provide daily direction across operations, from material flow to quality oversight
• Train, mentor, and inspire production teams in a non-union environment
• Drive proactive problem-solving and hands-on leadership on the floor
• Support purchasing, inventory control, and process enhancements
• Partner with peers and leadership across other locations to ensure alignment
• Create structure and scale during a major expansion phase
