This PRN occupational therapy role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population (burns, limb loss, and complex reconstructive surgeries) in a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized hand therapy services for patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions.
Design and implement individualized treatment plans focused on upper extremity function.
Fabricate custom splints and support post-surgical rehabilitation.
Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other rehab professionals.
Document patient progress and outcomes using EMR systems.
