What does the CommunityRelations Director do?

Simply put, you are the brand ambassador of your assistedliving / memory care community, charged with driving census (occupancy) there.You will give engaging and memorable community tours, do what you can to marketour community to the area to build our brand as "the place to live," greetingprospective residents and their families, visit other healthcare influencers inthe market to build referral relationships, and more. In this job, everyday you will...

Education & Experienceneeded to qualify :

A two-year AssociateDegree and a minimum of one year of sales and marketing experience or two yearsof sales and marketing experience, preferably in the assisted living / memorycare / senior care space. Experience with budgets, closing sales and publicspeaking is needed. Access to a personal car and ability to travelfrequently, with a valid driver's license being a must.
