Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking Knowledge Management Specialists in the following locations :

Fort Liberty, North Carolina
Fort Campbell, Kentucky
Fort Drum, New York
Fort Stewart, Georgia This position is contingent upon contract award.

How Role will make an impact :

Supports the Hub and Spoke Knowledge Management Program.

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business processes, business systems, and user needs.

Assists with development of new KM processes.

Responsible for KM Strategy and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Provides KM training as required.

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team :

Clearance : Must possess and maintain an active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in information management or related field.

5 years of experience in (a) the Microsoft SharePoint environment, and (b) electronic knowledge repository management, intranets / portals, collaborative tools, and social media tools.

3 years of experience designing and implementing web design, collaboration tools, and content management.
