PARTS ASSOCIATE

Eagle Aviation, is currently seeking a full time Parts Associate.  This position is responsible for assisting in our parts department.

This position is responsible for :

• Handling of all appropriate paperwork to ensure all parts are billed to the appropriate work orders.
• Assisting mechanics and avionics technicians with all parts requirements.
• Assisting with providing pricing and availability of parts for quoting purposes.
• Assisting with both telephone and walk-in customers in obtaining parts and / or information.
• Printing of daily reports each morning.
• Ordering parts both Stock and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) on a daily basis and also supplies and hardware for the Maintenance Department.
• Order entry of sales invoices.
• Shipping and receiving.
• Processing job costing in absence of Parts Supervisor.
• Processing invoice closings as needed.
• Answering after hour call-outs as necessary.
• Able to climb ladders, bending, stooping and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• All other assigned tasks as deemed necessary by management.

Must be at least 18 years old

Must be able to pass drug screening and TSA background screening .

Must have valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
