Role Overview :

Could you be our next Worksite Case Advocate ?Globe Life is looking for a Bilingual Worksite Case Advocate to join the team!

In this role, you will be responsible for inputting data and handling the incoming calls from the agency offices, accounts, and policy holders. You will use information provided from the field to complete verification calls and input data into our system to ensure our policy holders and accounts a smooth relationship with Liberty National.

This is a remote / work from home position.

What You Will Do :

  • Communicate and Explain Basic Account Information.
  • Communicate Clearly both Written and Verbally.
  • Maintain Accurate Reports and Spreadsheets.
  • Participate in Phone Rotation.
  • Input Data from Submitted Paperwork.
  • Responsible for Regularly Updating Account Information / Progress.

What You Can Bring :

  • Bilingual (Spanish / English).
  • Call Center Experience (1+ years preferred).
  • Customer Service Experience (1+ years preferred).
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Insurance Experience is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Desire to Uphold Great Customer Service.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal).
  • Excellent Multi-Tasking & Organizational Skills.
  • Excellent Time Management.
  • Ability to Maintain Composure in Stressful Situations, Manage & Diffuse High-Tension Situations.
  • Must be able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment.
  • Must be Self-Motivated and able to Stay on Task Even if Working from Home.
  • Reliable and Punctual.
  • Ability to Work Independently and Make Logical Decisions Based on the Information Provided.
