As a Long Term Acute Care RN, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care throughout the assessment, intervention, and evaluation processes. Your Key Responsibilities will Include :

• Administer medications and manage complex medical equipment, including chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines.
• Closely monitor and evaluate patients' conditions, implementing necessary interventions as needed.
• Guide and supervise clinical support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
