Job Summary :
The Program Specialist – Partner Integration for Expert Teams plays a critical role in supporting the successful onboarding and operational integration of firms acquired by the organization, with a key focus on aligning and integrating the expert functions of those firms into our broader client service and operations. This individual will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and newly acquired partner teams to ensure a smooth transition, alignment with company standards, and rapid value realization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in dynamic environments with multiple concurrent projects.
Essential Job Functions will include :
Integration Planning & Execution
Develop and manage detailed integration plans tailored to each acquisition for our Expert Teams.
Serve as a key point of contact for acquired firms during the integration process.
Document and refine integration processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards to communicate integration progress.
Support change management efforts to ensure cultural alignment and employee engagement.

Work Schedule :
This professional role requires availability during standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. At times, the role may have early or late hours to meet business tasks and deadlines for external and internal client needs. Some travel is required.
Working Conditions :
This position may be in a professional office environment or a dedicated home office workspace which is free of interruptions. Whether the position is in a dedicated office space or a home office workspace, basic technology needs will be provided to satisfy position requirements. Routinely sitting and standing for periods of time.
