Job Description

• Create Customized Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and design personalized therapy strategies aimed at helping them achieve their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Approaches : Employ evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily life activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams : Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to guarantee a comprehensive approach to care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families : Teach clients and their families effective therapy techniques to promote continued progress outside the clinical setting.
• Monitor and Adjust Treatment : Track patient progress meticulously and modify interventions as necessary to keep recovery on track.
