Our leadership team is currently seeking a Sales Executive (or Sr. Sales Executive) to support our New England market (Boston location) to drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to both our internal teams and our client teams, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes.
This is not a fully remote position. To be considered for this position, candidates must live within a commutable distance of our Boston location.

Compensation And Benefits
Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. We also offer yearly $350 reimbursement account for any well-being-related expenses, as well as discounted home, auto, and pet insurance.
Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For the Sales Executive position, the base salary pay range is $113,000 to $181,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for quarterly bonuses and an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
