About the Role

As a Purchasing Assistant, you'll play a key role in maintaining operational systems and supporting purchasing functions for multiple divisions. From managing take-offs and budgets to collaborating with vendors and internal teams, your work will directly impact the success of our homebuilding projects.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and update plan and option take-offs for assigned divisions.
• Create accurate budgets aligned with projected start dates.
• Prepare and distribute weekly start packages for field and office teams.
• Collaborate with estimating and purchasing teams to resolve budget discrepancies.
• Manage supplier / trade partner pricing using Excel and JDE.
• Generate cost reports and troubleshoot purchase order issues.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
