Job Description

Manage subcontractors and direct field labor on-site. Oversee on-site logistics to ensure smooth project execution. Enforce safety standards and maintain quality control throughout the project. Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines. Monitor and control project budgets effectively. Interpret and apply plans, specifications, and shop drawings accurately. Prepare and submit field Requests for Information (RFIs). Create and manage punch lists and oversee project closeout activities. Implement strategies to maintain schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks. Work under demanding deadlines while ensuring successful project completion.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have : 10+ years experience as a Field Superintendent. Extensive experience in construction of waste and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations in municipal and / or private sector. Hold High School or trade school degree. Valid Driver's License and driving record. Holds OSHA 30. Experience with maintaining quality and quality assurance. Proficient in Procore, MS Excel, Word, Outlook. Strong interpersonal skills.
