• Facility : Ascension Community Integrated Living Arrangement
• Location : This role rotates every 2 weeks at 3 locations in Melrose Park, Forest Park, & Maywood, IL
• Salary : $ 17.92 - $21.80 per hour

The Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) is permanent to temporary housing for adults with a diagnosis of severe mental illness who live in the community in a group home setting.
