Senior Fusion Center Analyst

The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Senior Fusion Center Analyst for a local contract in Washington, DC.

Will be subject to a background check prior to employment.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs information / intelligence analysis, research, review, interpretation, evaluation, and integration of multi-source data and develop intelligence-based products from analytical insights.
• Develop strategic intelligence products, briefings, and reports to inform senior leadership, interagency partners, and operational decision‑making.
• Disseminates public safety alerts, warnings, and notifications.
• Provides resource coordination in support of daily and emergency operations.
• Lead resource coordination and provide operational oversight during daily activities and emergency responses.
• Identify emerging threats, patterns, and trends to anticipate risks to homeland security and public safety.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, supporting professional development and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain proficiency with intelligence databases, analytic software, geospatial mapping tools, and emerging analytic technologies.
