About the Role Residential Community Manager

The Residential Community Manager is responsible for the overall operation of a residential community. This includes managing property operations, maintaining resident relations, ensuring compliance with policies, and overseeing financial aspects such as budgeting and rent collection. The manager must foster a positive living environment, handle resident inquiries and complaints, and ensure the property is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all regulations.

• Primary Work Location : Multi-Site | Lynvue & Noble
• Work Environment : On-Site
• Work Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8 am - 6 pm
• Work Type : Full Time (40 hours / week)
