Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Experience in outside sales, particularly in the medical or pharmaceutical sectors, is highly desirable. An existing book of business is required for this position.

Compensation : 60,000 plus

Responsibilities : Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance product visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or medical / pharmaceutical sales.
  • Must have existing book of business.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in conducting product demos and presentations.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience.
  • Existing book of business.
  • A valid driver's license.
