Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities :
Manages and implements the overall corporate physical security strategies and programs within the assigned region.
Lead investigations into incidents involving theft, fraud, workplace violence, and other security breaches.
Partner with internal teams including HR, Legal, Compliance, and IT to support and guide investigative processes.
Manages corporate physical security budgets, vendor contract management, KPI’s and security metrics for the region.
Contributes to the development of corporate physical security policies and coordinates planning and response procedures.
Liaison with industry peers, law enforcement agencies and first responders regarding mutual security or safety concerns.
Manages region Facility Security Program : Oversees and manages security systems (CCTV, CAS) for assigned region.Responsible for guard force management in the region.Maintains the safeguarding of employees, buildings, technology and materials and evaluates existing procedures. Monitors and investigates concerns with security on a continual basis and identifies proper applications to mitigate areas of risk.Manages & performs security assessments and risk analysis of office spaces, manufacturing plants and physical security equipment as required within region or as directed.Advises on Security Design & Planning for new facility projects.
Manages region Personnel Security Program : Manages Travel Security for the region.Oversees, plans and performs event security and executive protection as needed for the region.Manages Threat Management program within the region and conducts security awareness training on physical security policies and rules for employees in assigned area or as directed.Manages and / or conducts internal and external investigations as assigned.
Manages region Fraud & Loss prevention program.
Manages region Emergency Management program : Ensuring that emergency action plans are updated for the region.Establish / provide training and exercises for emergency action plans.
Provide additional tasks, services as required or delegated by the Director of Corporate Security or his / her designee.
Basic Qualifications :
8+ years’ experience in physical security, law enforcement, military, or any combination thereof, with at least 3 years of management experience.
Demonstrated expertise in conducting complex investigations, including fraud and internal misconduct.
Bachelor's degree required in fields such as criminal justice, homeland security, emergency management, or related field.
Must have experience with guard force management.
Must have knowledge of best practices in facility security, guard force deployment, and security system standards, policies, and procedures.

Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual and stressful circumstances.
Strong customer service and service delivery.
Position requires demonstrated integrity, honesty, poise, tact, and diplomacy.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to plan, coordinate and manage staff and operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Threat Manager (CTM), Association of Certified Fraud Investigators (ACFE) or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge of CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) preferred.
