Local Contract Physical Therapy Assistant - $24-27 per hour

LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Physical Therapy Assistant for a local contract job in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Client will consider a relocation bonus of $2,000 if a candidate moves to Lawton, OK in order to accept the position. Candidate must have a new Lawton address, and must relocate in order to be eligible. (Not Elgin, Cache, or the surrounding areas).

Salary Range : $24.50 - $27.56 / hour (based on experience)

Must have permanent Oklahoma State Licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant or have Oklahoma Temporary Permit under direct supervision pending permanent licensure. - Required

The Physical Therapy Assistant's (Skilled Nursing)  primary function is to perform selected physical therapy procedures and

related tasks under the direction and supervision of a registered Physical Therapist. The Assistant will

treat patients with modalities and exercise in accordance with patient's medical needs and with an

approved treatment plan and will understand their limitations as an assistant. The assistant will assist in

maintaining the department in a neat and orderly manner. The assistant will complete all documentation

of daily notes and discharge data. Patients cared for may include infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adult,

and geriatric.
