This position is responsible for performing duties at the professional level and supervising support staff and volunteers in the following areas : benefits administration, employee relations and experience, performance management, training and development, policy interpretation and implementation, recruitment, risk management, and employment law compliance.

Schedule :
This is a full-time position at 40 hours weekly. Schedule requirements are Monday through Friday, during business hours of 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm. There may be additional times where you will be working outside this time frame, as needed.
