Job Description :
TheFinancial AnalystIwill join ourFinancial Planning & Analysis(FP&A)team,providingaccurate,timely, and actionable financial insights that drive strategic and operational decisions. This role supports the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and will collaborate closely with colleagues across Finance, Accounting, and Operations. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional eager to grow in corporate finance.
Responsibilities :
Assistin the data collection and manipulation process across all areas of the FP&A department, including forecasting, financial reporting, treasury, and revenue cycle management, to support the daily operations of the Company in its understanding of the business's performance andadvisekey operational leaderson the results.Support the developmentofinternalmodels to forecastall areas of the business, including revenue,provider compensation,headcount planning,cost-of-goods sold,facilityexpenses,selling, general, and administrativeexpenses, capital expenses, and financing arrangementsof capital expenditures and other types of debt.Notifytheappropriate financeand accounting leader when afinancial process is notmaintainedto internal expectationswhen reviewing the historical results.Create andmaintainanalytical operational dashboards and Key Performance Indicator reporting to provide both leading and lagging insight on how the business isoperatingand ensure the accuracy and completeness of the reports by testing dataandmaintaininganalytical standards for reporting and modeling KPIs.Update and communicate future expectations asnew informationis gathered.Trackandreportdaily cash deposits and disbursementsandutilizethat information to developashort- andlong-term liquidity forecast.Partner withdepartment leaders tounderstand their capital needs, past and future,utilizingsenior leadershipsunderstandingofseasonalityandmacro-economicfactorstomodelcash forecasts 26 to52 weeksout that will be the driving force ofhow leadership understandsthe business and its ability to deploy capital.Develop weeklyexplanationson variances to forecastwhich will be used toinform and set expectations forSenior Leadership, Board Members, Private Equity partners,privateplacement lenders,and other key stakeholders.Provide ad hoc analytical support to guide operational and strategic decision-making to answer critical business questions, as well asassistin the M&A due diligenceprocess andanalyze market trends.Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor's degree in finance,accounting,economics,engineering, oranother mathematical field.Skillsand Requirements :
3+ years of experience working in an FP&A, Revenue Cycle Management Analyst, Accounting, or Budget Analyst role.Maintain and create lookup tables that drive the data consolidation process across reports andsystems.Create complex algebraic algorithms in Excel via syntax writing, utilizingfunctions such as IF statements, Indexing, Matching,and other basic computational and position vector functions.Nice to havecertifications and skills, includingCPA, CFA,public reporting experience,and / orcash forecasting experience.Extensive experience with financial and budget modeling to perform data analysis, extraction, and manipulation.Experience working in the healthcare industry to understand financial trends within this specific space.An expert in all Microsoft Office products, specifically with Excel and all related modeling functions.A team-oriented individual with extreme attention to detail.Performance Requirements :
