Registered Nurse NICU

Location : Reno, Nevada

Schedule : Full-time, PERM

30,000 Start-to-Work Bonus (with 3-year commitment)

Were seeking a Registered Nurse with Level III or Level IV NICU experience to join a top-tier healthcare team dedicated to delivering high-quality, life-saving care to the most vulnerable patients.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-acuity neonatal environment with cutting-edge resources and a collaborative, supportive team.

What Youll Do :

  • Deliver expert, family-centered care to critically ill neonates in a Level III / IV NICU
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and social workers
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for NICU patients
  • Respond to rapidly changing patient conditions and support emergency interventions
  • Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Qualifications :

  • Active RN license (or ability to obtain a Nevada RN license prior to hire)
  • BLS (AHA) and NRP certifications required
  • STABLE certification preferred (can be obtained within 6 months of hire)
  • Minimum 1 year of NICU experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting
