We're on the lookout for a seasoned and creative Marketing Specialist to become a valuable part of our team. In this role, you'll take charge of crafting and executing our Social Media strategy, aiming to boost our digital footprint and enhance the effectiveness of our marketing and sales endeavors. With focus on the good practices and self-driven mindset, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our online presence to new heights.

Responsibilities

Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification

Create compelling visual and written social media content that is addressing our target audience and their specific needs

Continuously analyze the appropriate social data / metrics, insights and best practices, and then make improvements to our social media pages

Support relationship-building efforts by leading creative loyalty initiatives that make clients feel valued and seen

Coordinate our presence at selected industry events, handling logistics, brand representation, and vendor communication

Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules

Identify growth opportunities and contribute ideas to strengthen our digital presence and market reach

Report on campaign outcomes and recommend improvements using data-backed insights

Collaborate with other departments (Talents & Culture, Business Development, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of social media and marketing experience, demonstrating expertise in planning and managing content within a corporate or agency setting

Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English at a C1 / C2 level

Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Experience using various analytics software to measure and enhance social media and digital marketing performance

Demonstrated success in cultivating and expanding online audiences through targeted social media and brand management strategies, resulting in substantial growth metrics is a plus

Proven success in impactful social media and digital marketing campaigns, demonstrating strategic effectiveness with limited budgets
