Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Patient Care Advanced MA works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Patient Care Advanced MA will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients. Assists the physician and office staff with performance of patient care activities consistent with the established standards of nursing practice.

Education : High school diploma or equivalent
Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program
Experience Preferred : One year of applicable patient care experience or applicable medical office experience as defined by the clinic New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training
